The Cheval Blanc Hotel and Restaurant has been completely renovated and reopened on September 9, 1999. This age-old establishement has once again found its special place in the heart of Bulle.

Located near the castle and the center of town  

The Cheval Blanc is surrounded by a friendly and warm atmosphere. Our staff is fully devoted to the well-being of our guests.

There are 18 comfortable and cheerful rooms, each with a bathroom, minibar, telephone and television. The "Belle Luce" Room (Suite) is also equipped with a jacuzzi.

A delicious breakfast buffet is served in the café,
on the terrace, or in your hotel room. 

Our "Café" is the perfect spot for a friendly get-together. Take the time to enjoy our special daily menu or a traditional cheese dish. 

Our guests will feel right at home in the cozy and charming atmosphere of the "Petit Café". We invite to sample our brasserie culinary delights, business lunch specials and the seasonal menu which features fresh products from the daily farmers'market.

The Cheval Blanc has three bright rooms located on the first floor which are available for banquets or seminars. These facilities can be easily adapted for conference or banquet use and can accomodate up to 100 people.
The Erhard Loretan Hall: 15 personnes // The Bernard Romanens Hall: 30 personnes
The Nicolas Chenaux Hall: 100 personnes

Seminars: One day seminar; CHF 60.00 per person
